Parvin Seddigh

CEO

Parvin will work with different departments including R&D, marketing and IT to stay current on needs and offer high-level support for day-to-day operations. She will be leading operational oversight and budgetary supervision. Parvin is a pharmacist with extensive experiences related to adult pharmaceutical cares in hospital and community pharmacies. She is responsible to make sure Zaker Medicare can meet its dynamic needs by keeping internal systems scalable and highly responsive. Parvin’s experience in Thumbay Pharmacy Qussais, brought her the opportunity to extensively evaluate patient’s histories in order to assess medication compliance and related problems such as drug over dose. Over the past few years, she has educated patients on possible drug interactions, potential side effects of drug nonadherence and optimal methods of administration. Zaker Medicare is the result of Parvin’s innovative and entrepreneurial character. As she is working as a clinical pharmacist in Thumbay hospital she could gain direct experience with patients who would return to hospital because they had not followed their medication as it was prescribed. She realized that forgetfulness was the major reason behind drug nonadherence and hence there is a need for better and smarter way to manage medications. That was the initial motive for Zaker Medicare.

Zahra Shabani

COO

Zahra will develop quarterly business plans to evaluate cost projections. She is responsible to constantly refine organizational structure to consolidate, streamline and delineate necessary functions. She will develop and implement recommendations for service improvement and oversee business-wide changes to keep Zaker’s tool as competitive as possible in the market. Zahra is a dentist equipped with extensive experience in dental health care. She has 22 years of experience in operational development and management. She has been the head of Immune and Healthcare Department of Sangin Sanaat Koohpayeh a manufacturer of steel product. Such experiences helped her gain excellent leadership skills and multi-tasking strengths. Zahra has been running her own dental office for more than a decade. During that time, she has always had to deal with patient’s who could not manage their medications as she had prescribed resulting in a prolonged treatment with extra dental costs for her clients. As a professional health care provider, she has always been looking for reliable medication management tool to help her patients to better manage their medications, reduce their expenses and make the treatment process shorter. Here in Zaker Medicare her knowledge and experience will be helping us in providing such solution by developing a smart reliable and accurate tool.

Pegah Moattari

CTO

Pegah, will manage company-level architecture, platform and data configuration processes and implementation protocols. She is an experienced computer engineer with over 17 years of experience in programming. Excellent reputation for resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction. Pegah has managed projects such as designing and programming a database for bookstores and schools. Also, she has designed similar technical architectures as Zaker Medicare. Therefore, she is well aware of technical challenges facing us in our business. As the CTO, she manages technical aspect of the company including platform and data configuration processes and implementation protocols. She is responsible to lay out a complete technical continuity plan to maintain data protection and to ensure result streaming. As part of Zahra’s responsibilities, she would facilitate ongoing team development and technical progress updates which may include training and professional skills enhancement.

Zahra Jafaradeh

Business Development Manager

Zahra, will be using her 7 years of sales experience in Ati Gaam Shargh Company, an insulation manufacturer with global market. She is responsible to generate new business with marketing initiatives at Zaker Medicare. She will deliver campaigns to solidify new client opportunities and generate new business. Zahra is an active member of National Association Judiciary Interpreters and Translators (USA) where, as the customer service supervisor she directly confirms quality and legitimacy of translated documents. As the business development officer in Zaker Medicare she will be responsible to strategize the sales team to prospect and qualify potential customers within assigned geographic territories in Canada. Delivering campaigns to solidify new client opportunities and generate new businesses are also part of Zahra’s duties. She also manages and directs the research and market analysis required to identify opportunities for account growth, account penetration and market expansion. As an effective mentor she will assess sales team performance in order to implement improvements and set goals.
